About Harmon Athletics

Harmon Athletics strives to make you the best athlete that we know you can be. We provide sport-specific training, speed and agility training, and strength training to ensure you have the skills and abilities to be the best on and off the field.

What is offered:

  1. Sport-specific training: fitness and performance training designed specifically for athletic performance enhancement

  2. Speed and agility training:  improve acceleration, deceleration, foot speed, quickness, and change of direction

  3. Group training: train with your friends in a group of up to 5 people.
